Cancellation Policy

At AIMediaWave, we value your business and strive to accommodate your needs. Please review our policy regarding the cancellation of services which you have ordered, purchased, or subscribed to.
1. Service Cancellation by Client
You may cancel a service or project by providing written notice to AIMediaWave via email at contact@aimediawave.com.
- One-Time Projects: Cancellations made before work has commenced will receive a full refund, less any non-refundable costs incurred. Cancellations made after work has begun will be subject to a fee proportional to the work completed and non-refundable third-party expenses.
- Subscriptions (Manage/Support Plans): Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Service will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.
2. Cancellation by AIMediaWave
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if:
- Payment is not received as per the agreed terms.
- The client violates our Terms and Conditions or engages in illegal activities using our services.
- The project scope changes significantly beyond our capacity to deliver.
3. Refund Upon Cancellation
Any applicable refunds due to cancellation will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy via the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe).
