- If we are unable to complete the project as per the agreed scope and deliverables.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following are generally non-refundable:
- Third-party costs incurred (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees, plugin licenses).
- Work that has already been completed and approved by the client at specific milestones.
- Consultation fees or hourly support blocks once utilized.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@aimediawave.com with your project details and the reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe) within 10-15 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
