Because our products and services are exclusively digital and service-based, there is no physical shipping involved. We do not ship products to any physical address.
1. Delivery Methods
Deliverables will be provided electronically through methods agreed upon in the project scope, such as:
- Code repositories (e.g., GitHub, BitBucket).
- Secure file transfer (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).
- Deployment to your hosting server.
- Email or project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana).
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines will be outlined in your project proposal or contract. We make every effort to meet these deadlines. Delays caused by client feedback, content provision, or unforeseen technical challenges will be communicated promptly.
3. Acceptance of Delivery
Upon final delivery, you will typically have a review period (as defined in your agreement) to inspect the work and request any modifications. After this period, the project will be considered delivered and accepted.
