Because all of our products and services are digital and service-based, Ai Media Wave does not ship any physical goods to any address. If you receive an invoice or order confirmation from us, it pertains entirely to digital services and electronic deliverables. No parcel, courier, or postal delivery will take place.

All project deliverables are provided electronically through one or more of the following methods, as agreed in your project scope:

  • Code Repositories: Source code for websites, web applications, and mobile apps is delivered via GitHub or Bitbucket repositories, with access granted to your nominated technical contact.
  • Secure File Transfer: Design files (Figma exports, image assets), documentation (technical specs, user guides), and reports are shared via Google Drive or Dropbox in agreed formats.
  • Live Deployment: For production-ready websites and web applications, we deploy directly to your hosting environment (e.g., cPanel, AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel) or hand over deployment credentials for your team.
  • Email and Project Management: Project updates, approvals, and communication are managed via email and, where applicable, project management tools such as Slack, Trello, Asana, or Notion.

3. Delivery Timelines

All project timelines are defined during the discovery and proposal stage before work commences. We do not begin building until both parties have agreed on scope, timeline, and key milestones. Indicative timelines by service type:

  • Business Website (Custom or WordPress): 3–6 weeks depending on complexity and content readiness
  • Shopify Store Build: 4–8 weeks for custom storefronts with full integrations
  • AI Chatbot Integration: 3–8 weeks depending on data sources and complexity
  • Mobile App MVP: 8–12 weeks from confirmed scope
  • Complex Web Applications: 4–6 months for full-featured platforms
  • SEO and Marketing Campaigns: Ongoing monthly deliverables per agreed reporting schedule

These are indicative ranges. Your specific project proposal will include a detailed milestone schedule. Timelines may be affected by delays in client feedback, content provision, third-party integrations, or changes to scope — all of which we will communicate promptly.

4. Milestone-Based Delivery

Most projects are structured around agreed milestones. At each milestone, we deliver the corresponding outputs for your review before proceeding to the next phase. This ensures you maintain visibility and control throughout the engagement. Typical milestones include:

  • Discovery and requirements documentation
  • UI/UX wireframes and design mockups
  • Development build on a staging environment
  • Testing and quality assurance
  • Final delivery and live deployment

5. Review and Acceptance

Upon delivery of any milestone or the final project, you will have a review period (as defined in your project agreement) to inspect the deliverables, test functionality, and request any adjustments within the agreed scope. After the review period concludes and any revisions are completed, the deliverable is considered accepted. Post-acceptance changes may be subject to additional costs depending on scope.
